Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Edward Nightingale, an independent OlyLife partner based in California (“we”, “us”). It is not the official website of OlyLifeor of the device manufacturer. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us in forms: name, phone number, email address, city and any message you write.
- Quiz answers and the routine the quiz recommends, if you take the quiz.
- Technical information: the page you came from, campaign tags (UTM), device type, IP address and similar data your browser sends with every request.
3. How we use it
- to reply to your request, prepare a recommendation, arrange a demo or answer your question;
- to send you the materials you asked for;
- to understand which parts of the website are useful and improve it;
- to protect the website from spam and abuse.
We contact you only about the request you sent. See our Consent to be contacted.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Your quiz progress and the source of your visit are kept in your browser’s local storage so your result is not lost if you reload the page. Analytics tools, if we use them, are switched on only after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.
Do Not Track. Browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so we do not change our practices based on it; analytics stay off unless you accept them in the cookie notice.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We pass it only to service providers that help us run the website and handle requests — hosting, email and messaging services — and only as much as they need to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to help you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your choices and California rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, and we honor them for every visitor. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, send us a message through the contact form on this website. We may ask you to confirm your contact details so we can verify the request.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and request details are stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Product information
The materials on this website are for general information only. OlyLife devices are wellness products for home use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and do not replace advice from your doctor.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
